This coffee gets its name from the first curing house in Mysore that started screening out this grade. These are particularly large beans which are almost 8+ mm on an average and the yield per acre is as low as 2 – 3 %. Even till date, in most curing facilities, this grade isn’t screened as the yield is very low. These beans are particularly large in size compared to the other beans you will notice and have a completely developed body with amazing fruity notes.
